"I’ve worked with Gregg twice and I wouldn’t work with anyone else. I had been working with another broker for years prior who kept dragging me along with excuse after excuse before I was introduced to Gregg. He goes above and beyond what you’d expect and is exactly what you hope for when making one of the largest purchases of your life. He took the time to explain the options and was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. He never came across like he was better than us or acted as if we should know something like many other brokers do. I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you decide to go with another broker, just know, you’re doing it wrong. "

"Gregg Marks was referred to me by a good friend I keep in touch with since High School, and whom I trust very much. Gregg helped me through a lot my questions I had to refinance my home since I hadn't delt with a mortgage loan in about 20 years, but my niece was getting married and needed financial help. Even after I delayed the process a few times because of my unsurety, Gregg continued to give me the personal attention I needed to make sure it was the right decision. During and after the refinance Gregg continued to be patient with me and made sure everything he said was completely accurate. In the end I helped pay for my nieces wedding and did some improvements to my home. Thank you Gregg!!"
